School Parade

Zoe and her classmates learned about being citizens of America. They had a parade in the school and we were invited to view. The kids chanted a Citizen's chant and then they sign languaged/sang God Bless America.

A Day at the Farm

Before Halloween we went with Grandma and Grandpa Smith to Green Meadows Farm and patted animals and picked out a pumpkin or 10.

Annie and Zoe were playing that Annie was the baby going to bed and she needed all her friends too.

The Girls

Zoe dressed Annie up in Zoe's leotard from dancing school. Annie is ready for her third birthday so she can sign up for dancing school, too.

This family of deer keep visiting the yard. That same day there was a fox hopping around in the neighbors field.

Supper from the Garden

Here is our first entirely from the garden supper. The breaded eggplant was cooked before I took the pic, it did not grow like this.

Zoe and her new friend, Natalia are bloodthirsty pirates. They are after Tim, Marcin and Ewa.

What is it?

Zoe dressed Annie up as a garden fairy. So if you see something like this lurking in your garden you could feed it some Cheetos and send it on it's way.

Tall Ships

The Tall Ships visited RI at the same time we did. Jen and her dad got to go on 3 Tall Ships. The 3 ships were the Cisne Branco from Brazil, The Virginia and the Pride Of Baltimore from the US, of course. The Pride of Baltimore and The Virginia were smaller Tall Ships but were cool because they were older and wooden. The Cisne Branco is a newer larger ship. It was cool too.

Beach Bums

When we were in Rhode Island we went to Sandy Point Beach and Sachuest Beach. Sandy Point is a rocky beach. Sachuest Beach has sand. The girls didn't care though, they had a good time at both.
