Ice Tower

The girls made an ice tower with the little bit of snow we got. Note Zoe's missing tooth.

Gingerbread Houses

We did gingerbread houses. Although we used Graham Crackers instead of ginger bread. I think they are still called ginger bread houses. These are photos of the supplies, Zoe and Annie working on their houses, and one of the girls that would bring cocoa or apple cider if you asked nicely.

Chruch Play

Here are a couple pics from the church play. Jen had an integral part and every one says did fabulous work, but Tim missed it due to studying / traffic accidents. The kind of traffic accidents that cause delays, not the kind that involve Tim.

Train Ride

We went on a train ride in nearby Pennsylvania. Pretty good time, and some caroling right there on the train.

Hiking

Zoe and Max.

Not actually the Kylie I know, but she may have made her mark here.

Annie taking a rest.

The group of four adventurers.

Leaf Pile

This is the leaf pile the kids made. They had a chance to play in it for a while.

Fire

We had a nice fire in the fireplace. Toasty.

Annie's Birthday

Annie got a second batch of loot on her birthday.

She got some painting supplies.

And some ponies.

And some cozy jams.

And a book.

And a recorder, so she could play in Zoe's recorder band.

Birthday Party - Part 1

We had Annie's birthday party at Jump on it fun center again this year. It took some convincing. She really wanted to go to Chuck E. Cheese, but we avoided that fate this year.

Birthday Party - Part 2

Annie and her admirer, Wyatt.

Lighting the cupcake candles.

Blowing out the candles. Incredibly, some folks expressed some reservation about eating these cupcakes.

Some folks enjoyed the cupcakes a little too much.

Annie was glad to get a bunch of presents.

Soccer Practice

The girls kicked this soccer ball around for a while. Then they got frustrated with each other and went inside.

Cowgirl Annie

Annie was a cowgirl for Halloween. Zoe was, too, but she would not stay still for her picture.

Pumpkins

Working on the pumpkins, and the pumpkins. Jen did most of the knife work.

Baltimore Marathon

Ok, Marathon Foto graciously took these photos. But, they want $70.00 to send them to me on a flash drive. Call it what you will, but I'll just have the free little pics, thanks.

Jen's Mom Judi, Jen, Annie, Zoe, and Tim on the way to the start line.

Tim and Annie is about the same spot.

Train

Heat Miser and Sugar came back for the visit, too. Annie gave them a ride in the laundry basket.

The family

Farmer Tim is trying to figure out how long it will take Jen's mom to discover the camera has one button which causes it to capture an image, and it's the one your finger falls on naturally when you hold the camera. The other buttons are just for decoration.

Here we are getting our picture with the pumpkins again. Jen, Zoe, and Annie have done it every year since we moved to Maryland five years ago. The others come when possible.

Annie and Zoe at the Petting Zoo

This is Zoe's mischief face, which is frequently seen but rarely photographed.

This mule (or donkey, or whatever) decided it was time to pause the party.
